Staying fit with a busy schedule

One of the most common excuses for lack of exercise is being too busy and although that might sound like a valid reason, staying fit with a busy schedule is not as difficult as it seems. Really, it isn’t rocket science. I totally get it, there aren’t enough hours in the day but with a little creativity and prioritization, it will feel less challenging. Even if that means you need to do your workout in the comfort of your own home (or a hotel room).

“If it is important to you, you will find a way. If not, you’ll find an excuse.”

You may view exercise as intangible but it is actually critical for our health. It is important that we love ourselves and treat our body to exercise frequently. Public health guidelines say that we should get at least 30 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity most days but a new study revealed it might need to be even more if you’re working a desk job.
