Sneak Preview: Health House II

The countdown is on. Health House will open its second location on Monday, September 19th in Town Center Plaza. Current members and ClassPass goers have been chomping at the bit to catch a peep and I’m excited to share with you an exclusive first look. It will make all your wildest rowing dreams come true!

For those of you new to Health House, this boutique fitness studio is all about indoor rowing at its core. Rowing benefits include high calorie burn, low impact, total cardio blast and an all over workout.

About half of the classes they offer are rowing hybrids, meaning they include mat work and other types of fitness. You can even get stretchy with their Row & Flow class. I have so many favorites (seriously all of the crew is top notch) but a class with founder Jon Knopke is a must. Get ready to slay his Dynamic Duo class!

The new location, designed again by Hufft Projects has about 30 rowers. That is double what you’ll find at the State Line location. I literally cannot wait to see the insane energy that transpires with 30 peeps rowing in their new space. It will be totally epic.

The new Health House location in Town Center will also feature full service locker rooms with showers and changing rooms. The communal cafe station will offer organic goodies like juice and treats from local vendors–Enjoy Pure Food & Drink + Unbakery.

See you Monday #RowForIt
